ALL PAU POPUP

A food popup created by chef, Lily Rockholt in honor of her love of Hawaii and the spirit of Ohana (family). All Pau makes pan-Asian inspired dishes with the flavors of the islands!

MENU:

Garlic Noodles $14

Egg noodles, garlic, soy, scallions (contains gluten)

+Add Teriyaki beef or Kalua pork $5

Spicy Tuna Bowl $19

Served w/ rice, daikon + sprouts, cucumber scallions, togarashi

Chicken Lettuce Cups $14

Dressed with wild foraged leeks in emress sauce, jicama side chili oil

Onigiri $5 each, or 2 for $9

w/ Misoyaki salmon featuring Share Cultures miso

w/ Black Trumpet Mushroom

*both made with Luna Koshihikari rice

Calamansi Chili Cucumber $6 (vegan & gluten-free)

topped w/ garlic crunchies

Okinawan Sweet Potato Pie $7 (vegan & gluten-free)

topped w/ coconut whip cream

“Butter” Mochi (vegan & gluten-free) $4 each, or 3 for $10
